CONDITIONS

THIS consent shall be subject to the provisions of the Electricity Distribution Act 1967 and shall take effect, subject to the provisions of that Act, and of any final scheme made thereunder, and nothing in this consent shall be construed as limiting the powers of the Electricity Distribution Commission.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and whereas, the appellations of certain parcels of the land have been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas, the land is now known by the description set out in the Second Schedule hereto; and whereas, it is desired to replace the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring to the land under the current appellation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE
  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1970, No. 19.
  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
  3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, which is hereby revoked.

WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas, it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE
  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 49.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Price Order No. 2143 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 2142) (Spirits and Beer)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2143 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 2142* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
  2. This order shall come into force on the 8th day of October 1970.
  3. The principal order is hereby amended by adding to clause 9 (1) (b) after the word “cents”, the following: “except that in those areas where additional freight costs are incurred by licensees in obtaining supplies of draught beer, the price of beer sold in flagons shall be the price ruling at the particular premises on 7 August 1970 increased by five cents per flagon”.
