The Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power
Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963,
Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of
Electricity hereby amends the Tauranga City Council and
Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric
Lines Licence 1963* as amended by the Tauranga City
Council and Tauranga Electric Power Board Water Power
and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 1 (Gazette,
3 September 1964, p. 1397), and further amended by the
Tauranga City Council and Tauranga Electric Power
Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amend-
ment No. 2 (Gazette, 9 September 1965, p. 1499), by including in the First Schedule thereto the following paragraphs:
"(c) A line commencing from the Tauranga City Council
Omanawa-McLaren Falls 33 kV line at a point in Section
509 and proceeding across Sections 510, 61, 62, and 63 to a
point in the McLaren Falls Road, and thence across Sections
343 and 344 and the Mangapapa River to a transformer all in
Block 5, Otanewainuku Survey District, as is more particularly shown in the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 807 deposited in
the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at
Wellington.
"(d) A line commencing from a point at Mangapapa Power
Station and proceeding generally in a southerly direction
across Kaimai No. 1c, Blocks V and IX, thence Kaimai No. 2
into Tauwharawhara Block, all in Otanewainuku Survey
District, as is more particularly shown in the plan marked
N.Z.E.D. 806 deposited in the office of the New Zealand
Electricity Department at Wellington.
"(e) A line commencing from the termination point of the
line described in para (d) of this licence and proceeding
generally in a southerly direction in Tauwharawhara No. 4
and 2B No. 2, Block IX, thence easterly generally in part 2A,
Block X; with another line commencing from the said line
described in para (d) and proceeding southerly along the
Mangaonui River, Block IX, all in Otanewainuku Survey
District; and a branch line proceeding generally in a southerly
direction in Tauwharawhara No. 4 and 3, Block X, Otanewainuku Survey District, and No. 5A, Blocks III, VIII, Te Papa
East Survey District, as is more particularly shown in the plan
marked N.Z.E.D. 811 deposited in the office of the New
Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington."

Committee of Inquiry into Overseas Interests in New Zealand
Road Transport Industry—Extension of Reporting Date
THE period of appointment of the Committee of Inquiry into
Overseas Interests in the New Zealand Road Transport Industry is hereby extended to 15 December 1970, by which date
the Committee shall submit its report and recommendations
to the Transport Advisory Council.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City Council
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves
for recreation and further, pursuant to the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, in trust,
for that purpose.

Addition of Land to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park
PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in
the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the 1st day of July
1970, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Marine
Park, as a reserve for scenic purposes to be administered
by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board and further
pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, hereby
prohibits access other than by permit to be issued by the
administering body of the said land.

Whakau Middle Green and Korapuki Islands, of the Mercury

Consent to the Purchase of the Electricity Undertaking of the
Taihape Borough Council by the Wanganui-Rangitikei
Electric Power Board
PURSUANT to section 77 of the Electric Power Boards Act
1925, as inserted by section 5 of the Electric Power Boards
Amendment Act 1969, and the approval of the Electricity Dis-
tribution Commission having been given under section 32 of
the Electricity Distribution Commission Act 1967, the Minister
of Electricity hereby consents to the purchase of the electricity
undertaking of the Taihape Borough Council by the Wanganui-
Rangitikei Electric Power Board, subject to the following
conditions:
