Declaring a Storm Water Drainage Easement Taken for a State Primary School Over Land in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement for the conveyance of storm water drainage is hereby taken for a State primary school over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen from and after the 12th day of October 1970, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a line of storm and surface water pipes under, along, and across the land described in the said First Schedule, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm and surface water and to include the full and free right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time, and at all times hereafter to enter upon the said land described in the said First Schedule, to do such work as may be necessary or desirable for any purpose connected with the said easement and for the inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, or replacement of the said line of pipes and any associated equipment or fittings so that the same may at all times be kept in good and efficient working order.
