    from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

ELECTRIC lines commencing from the point of supply and
proceeding in a north-westerly direction generally across a
road to supply farm sheds and a byre.

All being situated in Section 2, Block 30, Tokomairiro
Survey District in the County of Bruce, as shown on the plan
marked NZED 803, deposited in the office of the New
Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Cancellation of a Licence to Use Water Power and Erect and
Use Electric Lines

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels a
licence dated the 25th day of January 1967, authorising "Te
Mara" Guest House Ltd., of Kenepuru Sound, Marlborough,
to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to
erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, 2 February 1967,
p. 103), and amended by an Order in Council dated 21st day
of October 1968 (Gazette, 31 October 1968, p. 2001).

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 35) 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 35) 1970.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
    imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
    regulations.

  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second
    Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notices shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
