PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau City Council to reclaim from the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki Strait at Maraetai an area of 21 perches, more or less, as shown edged red on plan M.D. 13826 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
