All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of State Highway No. 10 and the middle of Puketotara Stream in Block X, Kerikeri Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly generally down the middle of Puketotara Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 61842 in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District; thence along a right line to the northernmost corner of that Lot 2, and down the right banks of Puketotara Stream and Kerikeri River to and south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 45793 and Lot 1, D.P. 43432, to and north-easterly generally along the north-western side of Kerikeri Road to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 43432; thence along a right line across Kerikeri Road to the junction of the eastern sides of Hone Heke Road and Kerikeri Road and north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern side of Kerikeri Road to the junction of the right bank of the Kerikeri River with the north-western boundary of Lot 9, D.P. 28561, and along that north-western boundary to and north-westerly generally along the left bank of the said river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 45, Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and its production across Kemp Road to and northerly generally along the eastern side of Kemp Road to a point in line with the northern side of Waipapa Road; thence westerly along a right line to and along the said northern side to and northerly along the western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 54352, Lot 1, D.P. 57450, Lot 2, D.P. 60288, Lot 8, D.P. 26336, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 33079, Lot 1, D.P. 29265, Lot 3, D.P. 59117, and Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 59156, to and easterly down the right bank of Waipapa Stream to a point due east of the northernmost corner of Lot 9, D.P. 50936; thence due south to and south-westerly and then south-easterly generally along a generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 28561, and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 28561, to its easternmost point; thence due east to and easterly generally down the middle of Kerikeri Inlet to a point due south of Tikorangi Island and along a right line to the northernmost extremity of Motupapa Island; thence easterly along a line bearing 85Β° to its intersection with a right line between the easternmost extremity of Harakeke Island and a point 120 chains due east of the junction of the middle of Wairoa Stream with the western shore of Wairoa Bay; thence southerly along that right line to its southern end; thence due west to and up the middle of the Wairoa Stream in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, to and along the southern and north-western boundaries of Old Land Claim 27, to and westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 51237, Section 58, Block XII, Kerikeri Survey District, Lots 4 and 1, D.P. 51237, to the south-western corner of that Lot 1; thence south-westerly generally along the eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 57564, Section 30, Block XII aforementioned, Sections 1 and 2 Block III, Kawakawa Survey District, the end of the intervening public road, and continuing along the north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 25368, and Lot 3, D.P. 9299, and continuing along the eastern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 28650, along a right line across Waikaramu Road to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 5, D.P. 28650, to and continuing down the middle of the Waikaramu Stream and its production to and up the middle of the Waitangi River to its intersection with the middle of State Highway No. 10 in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District; thence northerly generally along the middle of State Highway No. 10 to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF PURERUA RIDING
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the middle of State Highway No. 10 with the production of the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 32003 in Block X, Kerikeri Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to and along the aforesaid south-western boundary and that boundary produced to the middle of the Puketotara Stream; thence easterly generally along the boundary of the Kerikeri Riding as hereinbefore described, to and northerly along the right line between the easternmost extremity of Harakeke Island and a point 120 chains due east of the junction of the middle of Wairoa Stream and the western shore of Wairoa Bay, to and westerly generally along
the generally northern boundary of the Bay of Islands County as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1969, p. 2592, to and southerly generally along the middle of State Highway No. 10 to the point of commencement.

Notice to Make Payment of Land Tax Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954
Pursuant to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, notice is hereby given as follows:
Land tax on land held at the 31st day of March 1970 shall be due and payable in one sum, on the 7th day of October 1970, at any office of the Inland Revenue Department or at any post office with savings bank facilities.
