road described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of road containing 7.6 perches situated in Block
I, Town of Maheno, adjoining or passing through Section 7
and part Sections 4 and 6; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24312 (S.O. 16972)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the
road described in the First Schedule hereto and declares that
the road when so closed shall be added to the land held for
electricity works (Aviemore water-power scheme) described
in the Second Schedule hereto.
