Land Taken for a State Primary School in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school; and I declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1970.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1970.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 31 perches situated in Block XII, Otamatea Survey District and being part Allotment E. 110, Oruawharo Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24058 (S.O. 46445), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1970.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates in the land described in the First Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Roger Gordon Abbott, of Cheviot, farmer, under leasehold certificate of titles, Volume 163, folio 51 (application No. 3844), and Volume 163, folio 59, Canterbury Registry, is hereby taken for railway; and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Hugh Francis Flower, of Cheviot, farmer, under leasehold certificate of title, Volume 163, folio 61 (application No. 3003), Canterbury Registry, is hereby taken for railway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1970.
