RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Waikuku Sewerage Loan 1968, $85,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Rangiora County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on a
loan of $85,000 authorised to be raised by the Rangiora
County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for providing
a sewerage reticulation system for the Waikuku Beach urban
areas, the said Rangiora County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 3.26 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the Waikuku sewerage special rating
area, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on
the 1st day of August in each and every year during the cur-
rency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, until the loan is
fully paid off.

Woodend Sewerage Loan 1968, $74,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Rangiora County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on a
loan of $74,000 authorised to be raised by the Rangiora County
Council under the above mentioned Act, for providing a
sewerage reticulation system for the Woodend Township, the
said Rangiora County Council hereby makes a special rate of
2.6 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable
property of the Woodend sewerage special rating area, and
that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of August in each and every year during the currency of the
loan, being a period of 30 years, until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, the Eastern Southland Pest Destruction Board hereby
resolves as follows:

“Resolved that, for the purpose of providing the annual
charges on a loan of $9,100, being part of a loan of $15,000,
authorised to be raised by Eastern Southland Pest Destruction
Board under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and for
the purpose of purchasing and/or erecting staff housing, a
special rate of decimal three three of a cent on all the
rateable land within the Eastern Southland Pest Destruction
Board be made and that this special rate be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable
yearly on 23 July in each and every year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is
repaid.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Taieri County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $12,800, authorised to be raised by the Taieri County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
repaying on maturity that portion of the Fairfield County Town
Water Supply Loan 1964 of $94,000 which matures on 1
October 1970, the said Taieri County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.243 cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Fairfield County Town,
comprising the whole of the Fairfield County Town, and that
the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
August in each and every year during the currency of the loan,
being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

October 1970, the said Taieri County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.630 cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Waldronville County Town
and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the
