In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
Fulton's Footwear Fashions Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is
hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Fulton's
Footwear Fashions Ltd., in liquidation, which is being wound
up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 10th day of September as
the day on or before which the creditors of the company are
to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they
may have to benefit of any distribution. A meeting of creditors
will be held on 17 September, at 2.30 p.m. in my office, to
receive the liquidator's report and accounts and to approve
any distribution.

A meeting of members will also be held following the above
meeting.
