Licensing Muriel May Sanderson to Occupy a Site for a Store
at Totara North in Whangaroa Harbour
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Muriel May Sanderson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include her administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Whangaroa Harbour as shown on plan marked M.D. 2294 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a store as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of January 1970.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

Amending Foreshore Licence for Trustees for Helensville Fishermen's Association to Occupy a Site for a Jetty on the Kaipara River
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the licence of 30 September 1968 authorising trustees for the Helensville Fishermen's Association to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Kaipara River at Helensville as a site for a jetty, by inserting the words "and two sheds" after the word "jetty" wherever it appears, and further amends the licence by inserting the expression "and M.D. 13882" after the expression "M.D. 13098".

The Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 2, 1970
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 2, 1970.
- The Piako County Council's proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- So much of the notice dated the 26th day of January 1959†, as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

PIAKO County. Road classified to Class Two :
No. 1 road (from No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) to a point 8 chains measured north-westerly, generally along No. 1 road from the said highway).

Approval of Revolving Amber Lights for Certain Vehicles
Pursuant to regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of one revolving amber light on any motor vehicle used as an animal ambulance, provided that: - (i) The vehicle is painted a conspicuous colour and is clearly marked as being an animal ambulance, and
(ii) The light is used only at the scene of an accident, and only while an injured animal is being removed from the road. - The notices under regulation 39 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 16th day of May 1968† and the 2nd day of April 1970‡, are hereby revoked.
