Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XII, Cambridge Survey District
and Block IX, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims
and declares that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest, as to
the area of 14.9 perches thereof, in William Robinson Webster,
farm er; as to the areas of 2 roods 23.4 perches and 24.2 perches
thereof, in George Allen Hill, agent, and Beverley Patricia Hill,
his wife, as joint tenants, subject to memoranda of mortgage
S. 458008 and S. 458009, South Auckland Land Registry; as
to the area of 3 roods 5 perches thereof, in Nello Aldo Raponi,
farm er, and Margaret Brownlee Raponi, his wife, as tenants in
common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage
S. 316645, South Auckland Land Registry; as to the areas of
1 rood 29.5 perches and 8.4 perches thereof, in Thomas Arthur
Clark, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage 335058 and
S. 458232, South Auckland Land Registry; and as to the area
