Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Napier City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier, in trust, for that purpose.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 34) 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows: 1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 34) 1970. (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Goods of the class specified in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Grant of Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister of Marine has granted to Western Bay Oysters Ltd., the lease of an area of 10 acres of seabed (lease No. 122) situated in Hunters Creek, Tauranga Harbour, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister of Marine has granted to Mathew Sucich and Robin Lindsey Shepherd, both of Te Hapua, the lease of an area of seabed (Lease No. 181) situated north of Te Toi Point in Parengarenga Harbour for the cultivation of rock oysters.
