Declaring a Water Supply Easement Over Land Taken for a
State Primary School in Block VI, Opuawhanga Survey
District, Whangarei County
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, a water supply easement
in gross for a State primary school is hereby taken over the
land described in the Schedule hereto, taking first the full and
free right, liberty, licence, and privilege in perpetuity to convey
water along, under, or over the said land and for that purpose
to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain
a pump and a line of pipes along, over, and under the said
land and secondly the full and free right, liberty, licence, and
privilege for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, and
workmen from time to time, and at all times by day and by
night to pass and repass, with or without vehicles and other
equipment over the land described in the said Schedule, for
the maintenance and repair of the said pump and line of pipes
from and after the 31st day of August 1970.

VI, Opuawhanga Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and
being part Section 41, Block VI, Opuawhanga Survey District;

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 8th day of
November 1968, published in the Gazette, 5 December 1968,
Vol. III, page 2246, and registered in the Land Registry Office
at Auckland as No. A. 332795, declaring land taken for a
public school in the Borough of Waiuku, and hereby declares
that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a State primary school from and after the 31st day of
August 1970.
