Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 31st day of August 1970.

Declaring Land and Water Supply Easement over Land Taken for a State Primary School in Block IX, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school from and after the 31st day of August 1970; and that a water supply easement is hereby taken for a State primary school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto from and after the 31st day of August 1970, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to convey water along, under, or over the said land and, for those purposes, to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes along, over, or under the said land; and secondly, the full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and all times hereinafter to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the maintenance and repair of the said line of pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 37.7 perches situated in Block IX, Purua Survey District being part Lot 1, D.P. 58067; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24259 (S.O. 46446) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
