A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 7th day of March 1969, to be road.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Lot 16, D.P. 17150, being part Section 11, Block X, Patetere North Survey District: area, 1 rood, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 389, folio 153.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—WAIKOHU COUNTY
SECTIONS 4 and 6, Block IV, Waikohu Survey District: area, 3 acres 2 roods 07.8 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 2c folio 1388, and part certificate of title, Volume 45, folio 292. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/1096L deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 5960.)

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
PART Section 330 and Sections 329 and 329A, Town of Charleston, and Section 36, Square 137, situated in Block VI Waitakere Survey District: area, 1 acre 3 roods 37 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 20, folio 79, and Volume 2p, folio 365.
