Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1970.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2.7 perches, situated in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Section 818, Town of Rangiriri; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24403 (S.O. 45255) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Plymouth, having been acquired by a Proclamation dated the 19th day of July 1920, published in the Gazette, 22 July 1920, Volume II, at page 2191, and registered as No. 548, Taranaki Land Registry and by a Proclamation dated the 23rd day of June 1965, published in the Gazette, 22 July 1965, Volume II, at page 1163, and registered as No. 142984, Taranaki Land Registry:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for waterworks as from the 31st day of August 1970.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20 acres situated in Block X, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 10097. Part certificates of title, Volume 108, folio 170, and No. A. 2/1314, Taranaki Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1970.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1970.
