Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Ocean View Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Ocean View Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, in trust for that purpose.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 31) 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 31) 1970.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  1. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

Licensing Manukau City Council to Occupy a Site for a Storm-water Outfall at Bucklands Beach on the Tamaki River

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Manukau City Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Tamaki River at Bucklands Beach, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13824 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a storm-water outfall as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1970.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be two dollars ($2).

Licensing Henry’s Sand Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Water Intake in the Waikato River at the Elbow

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Henry’s Sand Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the Waikato River at the Elbow, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13874 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water intake as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1970.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).
