Maori Oyster Fishery, Whangaruru Harbour
PURSUANT to section 12 of the Fisheries Amendment Act 1965, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, acting on the recommendation of the committee in control of the fishery, hereby declares that no oysters shall be taken from the Maori oyster fishery prescribed by subparagraph (c) of paragraph (a) of regulation 30 of the Oyster Fishing Regulations 1946 (S.R. 1966/177) during the period commencing on 1 February 1970 and ending on 31 January 1971.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1970.

The Bay of Islands County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

So much of the notice dated the 22nd day of May 1951†, as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
