Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Natural Gas
Corporation Act 1967, in Block XII, Pirongia Survey
District, Otorohanga County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the
Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand from and after the
17th day of August 1970.

Declaring the Surface, the Subsoil, and the Air Space Above
the Surface of Land Taken for Electricity Distribution Works
in the City of Hastings

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the surface, the subsoil,
and the air space above the surface restricted to an upper limit
of R.L. 63.5 ft in terms of Hastings City datum, being the
land described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for
electricity distribution works and shall vest in the Hawke's
Bay Electric Power Board from and after the 17th day of
August 1970.
