Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block XI, Hapuakohe Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby (a) declares that sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 17th day of August 1970; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 17th day of August 1970.

Declaring Land and Right of Way Easement over Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block IX, Waimea Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange from and after the 17th day of August 1970, and also hereby declares that a right of way easement for an automatic telephone exchange is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto from and after the 17th day of August 1970, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free uninterrupted and unrestricted right,
liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's grantees, servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times, by day and by night, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind, and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind over and along the land described in the said Second Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way and also hereby declares that the aforesaid easement shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, for Electricity Works (New Plymouth Steam Power Station) in the City of New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewerage drainage rights created by transfer 147751, and subject also to the building-line restriction contained in resolution 147740, Taranaki Land Registry, for electricity works (New Plymouth steam power station) from and after the 17th day of August 1970.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28.8 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being Lot 33, D.P. 9546, and being part Sections 44 and 48, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District. All certificate of title No. A. 3/718, Taranaki Land Registry.
