PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as inserted by section 3 of the Sale of Liquor Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 10 July 1970, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing Watties Tavern, Timaru, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as inserted by section 3 of the Sale of Liquor Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 10 July 1970, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Hibernian Hotel, Timaru, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.; and 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturdays.
