National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

PURSUANT to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 16 October 1968 pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville) from the southern boundary of Waitara Borough near Brookes Street to its intersection with Smart Road as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 of plans M.O.W. 14489 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, New Plymouth, to be a limited access road in so far as it affects the southern half width of the said No. 3 State Highway, fronting all that parcel of land containing 10.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 4 on a plan lodged for deposit under number 10198, being part Section 180, Hua District, and part of the land in certificate of title 190/90 (Taranaki Registry).

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

IT is notified that by resolution dated 22 July 1970 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby declares that part of No. 45 State Highway (New Plymouth to Hawera via Opunake) from its intersection with Ketemarae Road for its full width to a point approximately 4½ chains west of its intersection with Hunter Street and from thence for its southern half width to Hawera Borough boundary as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plans M.O.W. 16411, and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake inquiries in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10b of that Act, concerning the following goods:
