Licensing the Northland Harbour Board to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Unahi in the Awanui Harbour

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Northland Harbour Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Awanui Harbour at Unahi, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13836 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1970.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be ten cents (10c) payable on demand.

Extending the Duration of Licence Authorising the North Canterbury Electric Power Board to Use Electric Lines Within the North Canterbury Electric Power District and Outer Area of Such District

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the North Canterbury Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1959, granted by the Order in Council specified in the Schedule hereto, by extending the duration of the said licence until the 30th day of June 1971.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

———

IT is notified that by resolution dated 22 July 1970 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby declares that part of No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton to Woodville) from its intersection with Puawai Street near Hawera Borough Boundary to its intersection with Whareroa Road as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan M.O.W. 16412, and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
