Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Whakatane Borough Council on the 21st day
of April 1969:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Whakatane
Borough Council hereby resolves, that the piece of land (held
by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough
in fee simple) and described in the Schedule hereto shall be,
and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for
drainage purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public reserve

declares that the said land shall vest in the Christchurch City
Council in fee-simple.

Change of the Name of the Ohau Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the scenic reserve described in
the Schedule hereto and known as the Ohau Scenic Reserve
shall hereafter be known as the Kimberley Scenic Reserve.
