Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Kaikohe
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaikohe as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1970.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, Borough of Kaikohe, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24121 (S.O. 46123) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1970.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, at the request of the National Roads Board, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the land and portions of public streets described in the Schedule hereto, shall on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a motorway.
