Oakley Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 149A High Street, Christchurch, and carrying on there the business of window frame manufacturers. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 31st day of July 1970, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Realignment of Bushy Park Road
Notice is hereby given by the Waitotara County Council that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the council, at the address set out below during ordinary business hours; and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land and the stopping of the said pieces of road, should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make, not being
an objection to the amount of compensation payable, and send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Waitotara County Council, Council Chambers, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public work, namely for street.
Every person affected should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or the payment of compensation, and to lodge the written objection at the offices of the Christchurch City Council, Manchester Street, Christchurch, within forty (40) days from the 15th day of July 1970, being the date of the first publication of this notice; if any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector requires otherwise, and, each such objector will be notified of the time and place of such hearing.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Housing Loan 1970, $55,000
THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $55,000, authorised to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting accommodation for old people, the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0029 cents in the dollar on the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Waitemata; and that
