A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and further hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of July 1970.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
For Road
All that piece of land containing 34.8 perches situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part Te Tawa a Takua 3B 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23673 (S.O. 44270) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
For the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
All that piece of land containing 1.2 perches situated in Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part Te Tawa a Takua 3B 2; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23673 (S.O. 44270) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4.02 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part of Town Section 165 and being also Lot 2, D.P. 8062. All certificate of title, Volume 383, folio 188, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1970.

Railway Land Allocated for the Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become motorway (Tauranga - Te Maunga Motorway), and that such motorway shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other motorways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
