Assignment of Foreshore Licence for a Wharf at Kingfish Point, Whangaroa Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine
hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Alan Rudge on
1 May 1961 to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed
of the harbour at Whangaroa, as a site for a wharf, and
assigned to Petford Hotels (Auckland) Ltd. on 8 July 1963,
is hereby assigned to Kingfish Lodge (Northland) Ltd. and its
successors and assigns.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Prince of Wales Hotel, Auckland
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as
inserted by section 3 of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Secretary for Justice,
hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on
5 June 1970 made an order fixing hours other than the usual
hours for opening and closing the Prince of Wales Hotel,
Auckland, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such
hotel premises be authorised to be open between the hours
of 8.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 221A of the Sale of
Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by section 3 of the Sale of
Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen,
Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland
Licensing Committee, on 5 June 1970, made an order fixing
hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the
Clevedon Hotel, Clevedon, for the sale of liquor to the public,
namely:
(a) For the summer period being from and including Labour
Day to and including the following Easter Monday:
Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve (being a week day)
9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday (except Christmas Eve and
New Year's Eve) 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m. to
10 p.m.
(b) For the winter period being from and including the
day following Easter Monday to and including the
day preceding Labour Day: Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.,
3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance,
hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities
mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part
of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
