Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Waipori Falls Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Waipori Falls Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Dunedin City Council.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of Whangateau Domain for Other Land

Proposed Exemption From Import Licensing Withdrawal Notice (No. 2) 1970

NOTICE is hereby given that the proposed exemption from import licensing in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the First Schedule hereto, included in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 February 1970, is hereby amended by the withdrawal therefrom of shaped tie blanks of the class specified in the Second Schedule hereto.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 26) 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 26) 1970.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
