Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road

claims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Violet
Taylor of Gisborne, widow, and Frank William Roberts of
Gisborne, accountant, subject to memoranda of mortgage
