Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes
of and Incidental to the Provision of Main Sewerage Works
for the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District in Block
IV, Otahuhu Survey District and the Borough of Howick
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator
of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of and incidental to the
provision of main sewerage works for the Auckland Metro-
politan Drainage District and shall vest in the Auckland
Regional Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also proclaim and declare that an easement of right
of way is hereby taken for the purposes of and incidental
to the provision of main sewerage works for the Auckland
Metropolitan Drainage District over the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Auckland Regional
Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned the full,
free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and
privilege for the Authority, its servants, tenants, agents,
workmen, licensees, and invitees at all times to go, pass,
and repass with or without motor and other vehicles, horses,
plant, machinery, and vehicles of any kind over and along
the said land described in the Second Schedule; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and
after the 13th day of July 1970.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Otahuhu
Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 7.4 Part Allotment 68, Parish of Pakuranga, Borough
of Howick; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 3.1 Part tidal land (Hauraki Gulf); coloured sepia
on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 10 perches situated in
Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Howick,
North Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 68, Parish of
Pakuranga; coloured yellow, edged yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 21951 (S.O. 45032) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand this 17th day of June 1970.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block XII,
Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County, to be Road
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and com-
prised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by
order dated the 13th day of December 1965, to be road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Whangarei
Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 3 34.3 Part Pukahakaha East 5B (roadway).
0 2 38.4 Part Pukahakaha East 5C (roadway).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 24096 (M.L. 14548) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 6th day of July 1970.
