NOTICE OF ELECTION
PURSUANT to the Pharmacy Board Election Regulations 1962, notice is hereby given that, an election will be held in the Auckland district to fill an extraordinary vacancy on the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand.
Nominations of candidates, on the prescribed form, close with the Registrar at 4 p.m., on 22 July 1970.
Voting papers, if a poll is required, will be received by the Registrar until 4 p.m., on 12 August 1970.
The place for receiving nominations of candidates and voting papers relating to such candidates, is the office of the Registrar, Pharmacy Board of New Zealand, 59 Cambridge Terrace, Wellington 1. (P.O. Box 9249, Courtenay Place, Wellington.)

CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, by the Society of Friends New Zealand Trust Board and The Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., for approval of a scheme enabling the said Trust Board to negotiate with any interested body or person as to the sale, lease, or other disposition of the real and personal property comprising the Friends School at Wanganui, and upon any lease or sale resulting to apply and use the income and/or capital therefrom for the general religious, educational, and charitable purposes of the Religious Society of Friends whether inside or outside New Zealand; and extending the powers of the said Trust Board accordingly as to the trusts upon which the said School property is held; and amending the “Rules and Objects” of the Trust Board so as to encompass any trusts lawfully declared or approved at any time whether or not the same be in substitution or amendment for, or of previously existing trusts; and enabling the capital and income of a certain Alfred James Crawford, bequest, to be transferred and paid by the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., to the Trust Board to be used and applied by the Trust Board (as part of the School property) pursuant to its powers as extended; and directing that all the applicants’ reasonable costs and disbursements payable in respect of the preparation, perusal, advertising, and approval of the scheme (including costs payable to the Attorney-General), be paid out of and be a charge upon the capital and income of the School property.
And notice is further given that the application will be heard by the Supreme Court at Auckland, on Friday, the 14th day of August 1970.
And notice is further given that any person desiring to oppose the application is required not less than 7 clear days before the date of hearing to give written notice of his intention to do so, to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland, and to the Honourable the Attorney-General, and to the applicants whose address for service is at the offices of:
