Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a
reserve for conservation purposes.

Taranaki Land District—Clifton County, Pukearuhe
Scenic Reserve
Sections 5 and 10, Pukearuhe Town Belt, situated in Block VI,
Mimi Survey District: area, 8 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of
the William Green Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve
to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of
the last-mentioned Act to form part of the William Green
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain
Board.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part
of Mabel Bush Flora and Fauna Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for preservation of flora and fauna, and further,
pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares
the said reserve to form part of the Mabel Bush Flora and
Fauna Reserve, to be administered as a reserve for the
preservation of flora and fauna by the Native Birds Com-
mittee of the Southland Acclimatisation Society.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Porirua, in
trust, for that purpose.

Prohibition of Access Other Than by Permit to a Public
Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby prohibits access other than by permit to be
issued by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Otago Land
District, to the public reserve for the preservation of native
flora described in the Schedule hereto.
