Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby declares that the access ways described in the First Schedule hereto and the service lanes described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert and be under the control and management of the Mount Albert Borough Council.

Constitution of Auckland Hydatids Control District (Notice No. Ag. 10634)

His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Auckland Hydatids Control District Order 1970.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The areas comprising the City of Auckland, Waiheke County, and the Boroughs of East Coast Bays, Takapuna, Birkenhead, Northcote, Devonport, Henderson, Glen Eden, New Lynn, Mount Albert, Mount Roskill, Mount Eden, Newmarket, One Tree Hill, Onehunga, Ellerslie, and Mount Wellington are hereby declared a hydatids control district to be called the Auckland Hydatids Control District.
3. The Auckland City Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Auckland Hydatids Control District.

   Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
   ORDER
4. (1) This order may be cited as the Kaikoura Hydatids Control District Order 1970.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
5. The area comprising the County of Kaikoura is hereby declared a hydatids control district to be called the Kaikoura Hydatids Control District.
6. The Kaikoura County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Kaikoura Hydatids Control District.

   Appointing the Deputy Transport Licensing Appeal Authority and the Deputy Transport Charges Appeal Authority Under the Transport Act 1962

   to be the Deputy Transport Licensing Authority and the Deputy Transport Charges Appeal Authority until the 31st day of July 1970.
