CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice dated the 25th day of May 1970 and published in
the Gazette, 11 June 1970, No. 34, page 1036, giving notice of
the constitution of the Matamata Licensing Trust, for
“Hawarden” which appears in paragraph one thereto, read
“Matamata”, which last-mentioned description appears in the
notice signed by the Minister of Justice.

Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Pakiri Survey District,
Rodney County
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 29th day of June 1970.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Pakiri Survey
District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
1 1 21.5 Part Section 7, Block VIII, Pakiri Survey District;
coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 6.5 Part Waiteitei Stream Bed; coloured yellow, edged
yellow, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 24191 (S.O. 43893) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 17th day of June 1970.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Admin-
istrator of the Government of New Zealand, being satisfied
that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested
in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land
and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks XI and XII,
Ranginui Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
68 3 0} Parts Pouakani (Wairarapa Maoris) Block; as
16 1 13} shown, edged red, on M.L. Plan 19666 and con-
33 1 20} tained and described in provisional register, Volume
38 0 0} 200, folio 35.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby consents to the Ashburton County Council stopping
the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.
