WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND STOP ROAD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken for road and the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be stopped, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the road to be stopped is deposited at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking or stopping of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk of the Waikato County Council; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

HENDERSON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Development Redemption Loan (A) 1970 of $6,400 THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Henderson Borough Council held on the 2nd day of June 1970.
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $6,400 authorised to be raised by the Henderson Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Development Loan 1958 of $100,000 which matured on the 22nd day of April 1970, the said Henderson Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one eight cents in the dollar (.018c in the $1) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Henderson; that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off; and that such special rate is hereby permanently appropriated and pledged as security for the purpose of securing the said loan of $6,400 and interest thereon at a rate not exceeding five and three-quarters percent (5ΒΎ%) per annum."

Water Reticulation Redemption Loan 1970 of $5,400 The following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Henderson Borough Council held on the 2nd day of June 1970.
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $5,400 authorised to be raised by the Henderson Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Water Reticulation Improvements Loan 1954 of $20,800 which matured on the 1st day of April 1970, the said Henderson Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought one cents in the dollar (.01c in the $1) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Henderson; that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off; and that such special rate is hereby permanently appropriated and pledged as security for the purpose of securing the said loan of $5,400 and interest thereon at a rate not exceeding five and three-quarters percent (5ΒΎ%) per annum."
