A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of June 1970.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12.2 perches situated in Block II, Katikati Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. S. 10448; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24182 (S.O. 44886) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 5th day of June 1970.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer A. 91723 and together with the benefit of the right of way created by transfer A. 91723, for a reserve within the meaning of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned: and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of June 1970.
