PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the Crown specified in the Schedule below to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand has been pleased to authorise the officer in the service of the local authority being the holder for the time being of the office of Administrative Assistant Revenue, Wellington City Corporation, Wellington, to take and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of a certain parcel of the land has been changed by subsequent order of the Maori Land Court; and whereas it is desired to release that parcel and other parcels of the land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
