The Matamata Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1970
PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966, the
Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Hawarden Licensing Trust
   Constitution Notice 1970.
2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be
   called the Matamata Licensing Trust.
3. (i) The first election of members of the Trust shall be on
   Saturday the 25th day of July 1970.
   (ii) The Returning Officer for the first election of members
   of the Trust shall be Frank Raymond Wood, Town Clerk for
   the Matamata Borough Council.
4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of
   members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area com-
   prising the Borough of Matamata.
5. The area within which the Trust shall distribute its profits
   shall be the whole of the area comprising the Borough of
   Matamata.
