Land Taken for Hospital Purposes in Block VI, Coromandel
Survey District, Coromandel County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon.
Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the
Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Thames Hospital
Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
8th day of June 1970.

Block VI, Coromandel Survey District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24117

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of
Road at Huntly
RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette,
become road; and that the said road shall be under the control
of the Huntly Borough Council and shall be maintained by the
said Council in like manner as other public highways are
controlled and maintained by the said Council.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the
Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administra-
tor of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a
roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the
23rd day of May 1963, to be road.
