WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND SEVERANCE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road and severance. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Council, Springs Flat, Kamo, and may be inspected without fee during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of such land and objecting to the proposal, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, shall state their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, not later than Thursday, 9 July 1970, being 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

If any objection is made, a public hearing of the said objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

AREA: 12.1 perches. Description of land: Part Allotment N. 81 Waikare Parish, situated in Block XII, Whangarei Survey District, being part C.T. 547/190 (LTD) shown coloured yellow, edged yellow, on S.O. Plan 46338.

The land described above forms part of or adjoins the Pataua South Road.

PATANGATA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Patangata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and, for the purposes of that public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, such lands being situated at Cook’s Tooth Road, Porangahau, and notice is hereby further given that the plan showing the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Patangata County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, shall, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection by the 9th day of July 1970 to the Patangata County Council at the above address. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
