The Traffic (Mount Wellington Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mount Wellington Borough) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 28th day of July 1964†, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (60-miles-an-hour) Notice No. 1, 1970

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as 'the Traffic (60-miles-an-hour) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 60-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27B of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

SCHEDULE

No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) (from a point 24 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said State highway from the northern end of the Haast River bridge to a point 24 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said State highway from the southern end of the Ship Creek bridge).

Dedication of a Road Reserve as a Street

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby dedicates the road reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a street.

Lot 45, D.P. 7968, being part Section 184, Grey District, situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District: area, 29.95 perches, more or less.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Te Hana Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of Te Hana Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1970

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1970.

2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the notice (Tauranga City) dated the 20th day of June 1967† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from the western boundary of Tauranga City to the junction with No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga-Piarere)).
