Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road
and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by
Malcolm Henry Jones, of Te Kuiti, farmer, by virtue of
renewable lease under the Land Act 1948, recorded in Volume
187, folio 49, Taranaki Land Registry, and also the leasehold
estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
held by David John Easton, of Te Kuiti, farmer, by virtue of
renewable lease under the Land Act 1948, recorded in Volume
187, folio 48, Taranaki Land Registry, are hereby taken for
the purposes of a road, and the leasehold estate in the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by David John
