of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby
resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order, to borrow the sum of $500,000 to be known as Airport
Loan No. 1, 1964, $5,000,000—Fifth Issue, $500,000, for the
purpose of meeting the Authority’s share of the capital expen-
diture at the Auckland International Airport and other
miscellaneous capital costs.
The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting
of the Auckland Regional Authority, convened for that
purpose and held on 16 March 1970, and confirmed at an
ordinary meeting of the said Authority, held on 27 April 1970,
having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 21
March and 4 April 1970.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary.

THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF SCHEME
In the matter of section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957,
notice is hereby given that the Stewards’ Trust of New Zealand
Incorporated has applied to the Supreme Court at Auckland
for approval of a scheme varying the trustees’ powers and
the mode of administration of the trust relating to a gift under
the will of John Scott, deceased, of a property at 150 Beach
Road, Campbells Bay, to be used as a home for missionaries
by transferring the property to the Assembly Missionary Home
(Auckland) Trust Board, to be held by it as a home for
missionaries on the terms of its Declaration of Trust dated the
1st day of April 1947, and providing for the costs of the
scheme to be payable out of the said property. The date
proposed for the hearing of the application is the 29th day
of June 1970. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is
required to give written notice of his intention to do so to
the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at Auckland; to the
applicant; and to the Attorney General not less than 7 clear
days before that date.

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription $10 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
