Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 12) 1970

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 12) 1970.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950 and the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 1 September 1961*, authorising Llewellyn Hickey to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Wakapatu, in the Wallace County, as a site for a slipway, as shown on plan M.D. 11039, is hereby revoked.
