Declaring an Easement of Right of Way in Gross Taken over
Land to Provide Access to a Level Crossing over the
Railroad in Block VI of the Manganone Survey District
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, pursuant to an agreement
dated the 29th day of January 1968, an easement of right
of way in gross over the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purpose of providing access to a level
crossing over the railroad for overgauge vehicles, vesting in
Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence and
authority, for a period of 50 years from the 29th day of
January 1968, to construct and use a right of way, with the
right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, licensees, invitees,
workmen, and all those persons duly authorised by Her
Majesty the Queen by permit, from time to time and at all
times hereafter, by day and by night for the said period of
50 years, to go, pass, and repass, with vehicles, plant, machinery,
or implements of any kind which cannot conveniently
pass through the neighbouring subway, over and along the
said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right
of way for the purpose of providing access to the said level
crossing.
