THIRD SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing decimal eighty-nine one-hundredth perches (0.89P.) situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District, and being part Section 1099, Town of Wellington, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 864, folio 20, Wellington Registry.
All the above parcels of land are more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 27724, and coloured blue.

MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
CERTIFIED copy of resolution making special rate as security for the Mount Albert Waterworks Redemption Loan 1970, of $8,000, passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council at a meeting held on the 28th day of April 1970:
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and of every other power in that behalf enabling it, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of $8,000, known as the Waterworks Redemption Loan 1970, of $8,000, for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Waterworks Loan 1958, of $205,000, which matures on 10 May 1970, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought nought one five (.0015) of a cent in the dollar on the rateable value on the basis of the capital value of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Albert; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 31st day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
Given under the Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert this 1st day of May 1970.

WANGANUI CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Own-Your-Own Pensioners Flats Loan 1970, of $48,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the amendments thereof, the Wanganui City Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and principal repayments on a special loan to be known as the Own-Your-Own Pensioners Flats Loan 1970, of $48,000, authorised to be raised by the Wanganui City Council under the above-mentioned Act and its amendments, the said Wanganui City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0134 of a cent in the dollar upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the City of Wanganui, comprising the whole of the City of Wanganui, the boundaries whereof are defined in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of January 1968, No. 4, at page 106; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 40 years from the date of the raising of the said loan or until such loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Wanganui City Council held on the 13th day of April 1970.

MASTERTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 5, 1970—$55,000
THAT, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Masterton Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $55,000 authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying at maturity that portion of the Water, Sewerage, and General Improvement Loan 1959, of $250,000, which matures on 1 May 1970, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.051c in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Masterton; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, to be payable on the 1st day of May and the 1st day of November in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.

LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATE
Drainage Supplementary Loan 1970, $9,200
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Lower Hutt City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of nine thousand two hundred dollars ($9,200) authorised to be raised by the Lower Hutt City Council under the above-named Act for the purpose of completing the purpose for which the Drainage Loan 1966, of $92,000, was sanctioned, the said Lower Hutt City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eighteen thousandths of a cent in the dollar (.018c) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) on all the rateable property in the City of Lower Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on or about the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 6 years, or until such time as the loan is paid off.”
