PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes: and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Rangi Scenic Reserve.

Reservation of Land, Declaration That Land be Part of the Loburn Domain, and Redefinition of Area of Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Loburn Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board, and it is hereby further declared that the area of the Loburn Domain, described in New Zealand Gazette, 1900, Volume I, p. 751, as 25 acres, more or less, has been recalculated and the correct area is 24 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less.

Maori Oyster Fishery, Whangaroa Harbour

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Fisheries Amendment Act 1965, the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, acting on the recommendation of the committee in control of the fishery, hereby declares that no oysters shall be taken from the Maori oyster fishery prescribed by subparagraphs (i) and (ii) of paragraph (a) of regulation 30 of the Oyster Fishing Regulations 1946 (S.R. 1966/177) during the period commencing on 1 May 1970 and ending on 30 April 1971.
