Notice of Meeting of Creditors

NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of New Zealand Yachts Ltd. (in receivership) will be held on the 14th day of May 1970, at which an extraordinary resolution for creditors’ voluntary winding up is to be proposed; and that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at 10 a.m. on the 14th day of May 1970 at the Professional Club Hall, 12 Kitchener Street, Auckland 1.

Business:

1. To consider an extraordinary resolution for winding up passed by the above-named company on Thursday, 14 May 1970.
2. To consider a statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claim.
3. To nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the above-named company.
4. If considered necessary, to appoint a committee of inspection.
5. If a committee of inspection is not appointed, to fix the remuneration of the proposed liquidator.

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Craig Roofing and Flooring Ltd. (members’ voluntary winding up), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by entry in the company’s minute book, made in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the company did resolve, by way of special resolution, that, as the company is no longer carrying on business, it would be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr Bruce Michael Jamieson, accountant, of Auckland, be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator of the company.

The liquidator does hereby fix the 15th day of May 1970 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Road Supplies Ltd. (members’ voluntary winding up), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that, by entry in the company’s minute book, made in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the company did resolve, by way of special resolution, that, as the company is no longer carrying on business, it would be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr Bruce Michael Jamieson, accountant, of Auckland, be, and is hereby appointed, liquidator of the company.
